What is Greenland Athletics?

Greenland Athletics is the home of our custom golf product, The Fairway Wallet.

Here's why it matters.

In the beginning of 2025, I had a deep desire to bring this project into reality. Not for myself, but for younger me.

When I was a kid, I had the dream of being an inventor. I read every book the elementary school library had about Thomas Edison and Ben Franklin, enthralled by the idea of creating something that was completely mine and new.

At the peak of this obsession, I was spending a lot of time on the golf course with my dad. That's where I found what I what I was looking for. I had an idea for a product — my first invention. This idea turned into a rough sketch that I (with the help of my parents) sent to Nike, my favorite brand at the time (I was a big Tiger fan).

Nike sent a letter back, sharing their gratitude but also explaining that they do not accept outside designs. I still have this letter in my office.

In late 2024, we were discussing our next project and had decided on ecom, hoping to build from a completely new product. We talked through a lot of possibilities, good and bad, but then I remembered little me. And I remembered my idea.

The pursuit of this project was not easy, nor was it cheap. It also has not grown into something groundbreaking, because somewhere along the way the purpose shifted. The success doesn't matter and the time and money spent was worth it. I made this for me.

The Fairway Wallet is available here. We aren't actively promoting or trying to grow, but we're open. We'll see what the future holds.
